out STK from this grade. We run Appearance Dimension as a separate
(not fall down) program to our STK line. The grade is 2&BTR
/ STD&BTR no hole appearance with light to no wane.

At PWC we custom-cut our timbers rough full sawn with a re-sawn
appearance quality - no hole, no rot, no wane.
There are 3 grades to choose from: 2&BTR Appearance, No.1 Select
(STK), and No.1 Select FOHC (Free Of Heart Center). We have the
equipment available to surface, resaw, or rougher head timbers,
in any size up to 50 feet. No order is too small or too large.

features, signs, displays, carving, furniture and other applications
where an extremely high grade is desirable.

Precision Custom Milling - Custom Cutting
PWC both custom-cuts and carries in inventory large volumes of
Western Red Cedar clear timbers. Our product comes rough green full
sawn with appearance quality and is graded for four sided, full-length
applications.

Graded as No.1 Select Knotty (STK). Available in three finishes:
turned, sanded, and hand hewn. Turned and sanded poles range in
size from 6" - 18" in diameter and 8' - 30' in length.
We also manufacture smaller sized profiled poles, from 2" -
4", available with a smooth, planer-type finish.
Hand hewn poles are also available in smaller and larger sizes.
Select-A-Rail Cedar Decking System
Uniquely designed and manufactured, Select-A-Rail
has many useful applications in log homes, ski resorts, fishing
lodges, vacation cottages, etc.
PWC is a preferred North American distributor of Select-A-Rail
interlocking deck rail system.

Select-A-Rail is a Western Red Cedar building product manufactured
with profiled round and square balusters, plus bottom and handrail.
It is made with full sawn 3x4 or 3x6 STK & BTR FOHC (FOHC limits
splits and checking when exposed to harsh weather). Bottom rails
are sloped to reduce water pooling and rot. Matching spindles are
available in 1" or 3" STK & BTR FOHC, with no prior
selection for clear. Each spindle is bottom dadoed to lock onto
the bottom rail spline for extra stability and ease of installation.
